Hi Guys

I am looking at putting a windshield wiper on my Bayliner 642,when I talked to my local dealer they looked at me blankly so guess they haven't been asked before!!
Would anyone have any tips or advice on where to start with this?

Thanks

Before getting too excited about it, have you tried RainX first? It works very well and no need to replace wiper blades either... JMHO!

+1 on the Rain-X!
I thought you were talking about a 64 foot Cruiser, Not a 21 foot Cuddy.
The windshield is way too curved, and there is no space to mount the mechanism.
I would have looked at you funny too!
On a boat that small I would just raise the seat and look over the windshield.
Looking through the windshield limits your visibility way too much, even on a sunny day.
There is a sweet spot where if you sit just right, you can see over the windshield while the weather is deflected over your head.

Lol I wish I could afford the 64 foot boat.
The reason I wanted the windshield wiper is so I could have the cover up when raining which it does a lot of in Scotland!! But I hadn't given Rain X consideration and might well be a far better idea.
Thanks for the input guys.😃
