Has anyone have this set up? It look like a standard type of bearing buddy. But the body was just a shell. From the pics it looks like the zerk is permanently attache to the spindle.

Was going to repack the bearings but got stumped when I saw this.

I have it, but not on my boat trailer. on my utility trailer its called accu lube system. and its not recommended for submersible applications. although it does work way better than bearing buddy because It greases the inner and outer bearings equally. just wont keep the water out.

Why isn't it recommended for submersion? It has seals like any axle/hub. A lot of boat trailers use these hubs.

It looks like a Tie Down Super Lube hub or similar. Here the instructions: http://www.tiedown.com/pdf/c718.pdf

That's exactly what it is!! Thanks

Yes it is sealed. It looks just like a bearing buddy from the outside.

Its 5 times better than BB. A full repack is to pump in about a 1/2 tube of grease and flush the old out and your done. :D

10 times better than BBs. Unlike BBs, you can't blow out seals.

Looks like the ez lube system without the grease cap attached. Works well , have used them on my trailer the last 8 years.

I have those as well(ez lube). They came installed with my new boat trailer. I like the fact that you pump in new grease until all the old grease comes out. From what I understand with BB, if you add to much grease, which adds pressure, you can blow out the rear seals.

Here's another brand to add to the list, Sure-Lube, came on my Karavan trailer from the factory.
