Has anyone tried the "import" (cheap) controls on Ebay?

So I'm searching for a tilt trim switch because I bought one of the import versions but my controls are far too old for it to fit.
The factory part is obsolete, so it's got me thinking about just moving the TT switch to the dash using a 3 prong On-Off-On toggle.
Knowing that, I've always kinda liked those Binnacle Mount Single Lever controls with the Red/Black round knobs that have
been used for eons, and now it seems our Asian Friends have made one for import into the US. See it here;

I mean, that's cheap for a set of controls. Closest thing you can find new is 3 times that amount, which obviously leads me
to worry a smidge, so I thought I'd ask if anyone has actually tried this product, or one similar, and what their thoughts were?
While I'm at it, anyone given up on the TT switch on the lever and moved to the dash and how do you like that as well?
I appreciate you all and hope everyone's having a swimmingly peachy day!

I found a wireless remote switch that uses a receiver under the dash, it has 2 relays and I wired it up to the trim harness. This is a popular add on for the “go fast” Bass boat guys for the vertical lift transom mount. I managed to mount mine on the steering wheel where my left thumb is. Google remote wireless trim switch.

Ayuh,..... I put trim/ tilt switches all over the boat,.....

You can parallel in toggles any where as many as ya want,....

The Nova as 1 in the control stick, 'n another on the dash,....
There was an ole water fill fittin' on the transom, corroded to crap, so I cut a plate outa alu. plate, screwed it over the hole, with a toggle in it,.....
Pretty handy when workin' on the drive,.....

Of all the various trim switches in all the places I've seen 'em,.....
I like the one in the ole tinbarge the best,......
A plastic dressed bracket on/ under the steerin' wheel, with a plastic dressed toggle switch on the end,....
Looks just like a signal light switch on an ole truck,.....
Anyways, runnin' the boat, to adjust the trim, holdin' the wheel, I stick out my left fingers, 'n tap it up or down effortlessly,.....
That switch will live another life in my Old Town Atlantis,.... ;)
