what?!?! Syd Barrett dead?!?! dangit I didn't even know he was sick!

listen: Shine on You Crazy Diamond

actually, Pink is pretty much a for-real rocker - closer to a Pat Benatar than a Madonna/Brittnye type. too bad she chose such a lame name.

depends on what point in history you discuss the band, yes I bought a lot of autobiographies they wrote.
both with and without barret.
but nothing is better on a cold day to start out with meddle and end up with the wall.

its fun.
but obscured by the clouds, division bell, animals and final cut are stellar if you understansd the history behind the words, momentary lapse of reason I saw live in dallas.
was way cool.
but there are a few autobiograghical books that all the band members took a part in that are very good, read them sometime.

on a bet, ask your buddies how many names they recgognize on the tune, fletcher memorial, and why they got nominated.
but now they have to rewrite the poor song to add a few more.

Okay, Ive been thinking about this for quite some time now, and many of you are correct about the certain albums for mood, etc. I am gonna have to vote for The Wall having heard two cuts from it this afternoon in a local radio station. Mother & Hey You.... Mmmmm Pink Floyd....8)8)8)8)

Has anyone ever started watching The Wizard of Oz and listening to Dark Side of The Moon at the same time? I've heard that this is really cool with thing happening simoultaneously (sp) and all. What happens if you have experience in this matter??

Just curious
