Have the Blues and Stripers Shown up yet in the LI Sound

Heading out Friday for my first two day fishing trip this year. Anybody seen any blues or stripers yet. Are they at the mouth of the CT river? Is there any bunker yet? I'm starting in Norwalk and heading east. Any help or suggestions are GREATLY appreciated!
