having a hard time finding owners manual for 1995 OMC turbo jet on my Four Winns.....

FLing. I'm trying to look up which owners manual I should get for the engine and i/o drive. I was told this was an OMC...then I was told the engine is an Evinrude. I can't read the model number on the boat as the sticker is warn off. This boat is a 1995 Four Winns Fling with the 115 HP turbo jet.

Can any one help with a part number and/or a place to get the manual

Since it is an outboard ........... you have to look it up as Evinrude for the jet drive.

Your model # is also on the freeze plug on the top of the block.

It will be listed as a "Turbo Jet"
Model number will be 115JEEOB or 115TJEOA

OK...then I am going to ask a dumb question...Will the service manual give me all the info that the owners manual has (obviously so I don't have to buy both)? Or, would you recommend buying both?

If you have the service manual, then the owner's manual is likely a moot point...
