Hey Rich!
Head bolt torque is 18 > 20 ft lb. Use at least two and better yet three torque sequences....ie...10 > 15 >20. Start with the middle head bolts and work your way out in a spiral pattern.
Spark plugs are Champion QL77JC4. Gap is .030....but for a little better idle, set them at .040. Won't hurt top end.
Of course, the higher the compression the better. What's more important is how close each hole is to the other in psi. The compression readings should be within 10 > 15% of each other. So...say your holes are all reading in the 90psi range....your good to go.
If for some reason you have a hole that is lower than the rest, do a decarb and retest....sometimes it's just sticking rings.
