still cant find the heads for my motor. many leads. but nothing. theres got to be some out there. ive sent out 40 to 50 e mails to different salvage yards. nothing. e bay nothing. looking for (port 326502) ( stbd 326503) these go to a model j115tlcos 115 hp johnson ob 1985. found some but there located in new zeland. not a good choice when the heads will cost sixty and shipping twice that amount. any leads will be appreciated. my phone is 1-574-333-2027. ask for larry or e-mail me at ldschall@yahoo.com ty all again larry

504 & 505's will work too as will a couple other sets. Let me know if you still can't find them.

You can expand your possibilites if you look for an older set of 78-81 140 heads. Part number 322865/864. As a last resort, use the older 135 heads 319943/942. These don't have the arm brackets to hold the coils, so you will have to modify the mounting arrangement.

Licketdsplit,

As you know there are numerous threads regarding your rebuild but I did not see where you posted why the heads had to be replaced. I did see the issue requiring the rings be replaced. Did the cylinders require boring too. But why do the heads need replacing?

reson is the ring broke in the port cyclinder distroyed the sleeve piston and the head is all beat up. and fairwinds marina yes i called them. ty i have located the head today out of florida marina he has a new one still in the box. 326502 port side new he said 187.00 sell to me 85.00 .
