actally the rev limiter should grab you about 6000 RPM.
I think you went to low on the pitch.
myself I think your going to end up in the 15x19 or 20 range.
6" of pitch for the same diameter is about 1500 to 2000 RPM different.
remember that as RPM climbs towards its HP rating the engine can produce more power.

Do you think your tack is off by about 500 and you are actually hitting the 6000 rev limit and not showing it that high?

but I would not think so on 2 at the same time. But it is something to check on

I have no idea about the tacks but both read the same. I am going to purchase a set of 19p and hope for the best.
