hi
engine is130 hp,i intrsted when engine stays at idle speed can work 20 minute but when i put hand at cilinder head -engine is cold,when driving with WOT 5 minute i stay ,then cilinder head have maybe 40 degrise,outside temp is about 10 degrise-is this normal? must be more warm? all two thermostat on head is new!

If you will go to the parts diagram for your engine and enlarge it, then reinstall the thermostats exactly as shown, you should be OK.

Those are 143º thermostats and from your description, they are not functioning.
