Heavy vibrations?

We just had our first day on our 2006 Horizon 180 and loved every minute of it. Right now, I'm actually looking at it in the driveway from my window, pretty sweet deal.

While we were on the lake, putting the first few hours on it, there was a large amount of vibration when the boat was in "first" gear, right off of idle. I'm not sure if this is from the engine settling in for the first few hours, or what. Any suggestions? BTW, its a 3.0L Mercruiser 135HP with Alpha 1 drive.

Was the drive trimmed all the way down and straight and still vibrating?

The 3.0l is not the smoothest idling engine of all, maybe that was what you were feeling.

Still under warranty? Have the dealer check it out. I had to have mine aligned 2 years ago for a vibration when turning right.
