I just want to mention that I was concerned about posting anything that could be perceived as negative. Some of you have read my post in non-boating tech about my Brother's foreclosure issue. I can absolutely be totally sympathetic for his plight right now and at the same time think he is a total idiot for getting himself into this . . .

All of this discussion is not an indictment on those you knew DR Hard to separate, I understand, but no one here is being heartless, just analyzing, and that's what we do . . .

I meant no disrespect in any way DR, and am truly sorry for the loss you and the rest of the community are feeling. Thoughts and prayers to all affected by this tragedy.
