helm seat and pedestal

Has anyone out there replaced the pedestal or seat on a 2006 trophy 2052? The seat is OK but the pedestal is too short for me. I always seem to be looking directly at the metal window trim! I was thinking of replacing the pedestal with an adjustable one. Are those screws or bolts in the pedestal base? How do you get to them if they are bolts? Any help will be appreciated.

My Trophy is a 1991 and I replaced the helm seats and pedestals. I used Garelick pedastals and the hole pattern was identical and they were screws. If yours are in fact bolts, you use "snaptoggle bolts"
