Help! 1979 115 Johnson motor starts and dies

My motor was running today then suddenly died and was very difficult to start in neutral again. When I was able to get it to idle, dies as soon as I put into drive. Currently it starts and dies in idle with even muffs on. Any ideas?
Primer ball is tight, in neutral, etc.

If not a fuel issue as suggested above, then I'm pretty sure the guru's here (which I'm not.. lol) will be asking for compression and spark test results...
Open air spark tester set to 3/8" - 7/16".. Looking for bright blue strong spark with crisp SNAP!

Do you get that on all 4?
What compression readings do you get? List each cylinder results...
