Help!! 1982 Gradyt White What Should I Do?

I have a 1982 20ft. grady white center console with a 1982 175 Johnson. The boat is in great shape. The engine runs, it has never been rebuilt. The has been some work on one of the cylinders and the compression tests are all over the place. Had the boat 1 year and have no record from the previous owner. Should I re-power? Run it into the ground? or sell?

Run some decarbonizer thru it and then re-check the compression. Run some Berrymans B12 carb cleaner thru it...You can get it at Wal Mart..Works great. Iv used it for over twenty years on outboards, It really helps.
