Help -305 Chevy/OMC wont run ?????

I have twin 305 1987 Chevy/OMC in my Chris Craft 284 Amersport. Bought it last year - what a deal he gave me !:lol:

Well I was cruisen at 1800rpm - the right engine faltered - so I shut her down - limped by in on the other. When I tried to restart - it just rolls over ! Not a spit or sputter.

Changed filters, rebuilt carb, replaced ignitor module, spark plugs, coil - even new ground strap/cable figured it was time for maintainance .

- plenty of spark - plenty of fuel. No ignition ! Makes no sense !

I am running out of guesses - :mad-new: Help ! Getting ready to take the 44 and do a Elvis

Its getting cold up here in NY - I'd love to put her away healthy !

Any Ideas ?
