Help 91 johnson 25HP

I need help please, i need either pictures or a fuel line diagram. The guy who had the boat before me took the carb off and now I need help putting everything back together. It has a 3/16 fuel line that comes from the fuel pump that is loose and another small hose that comes out of the engine block under the carb. It also has the electric choke attached to the carb. Any pictures or info on who to make it all work would be great. :redface:

Welcome to iboats. pictures of what you have would help us. it will be easier than finding someone who has pictures. front, both side, back, and the areas in question.

you can up load to a free service like photobucket.com then you choose the pictures you want( clik the little box at the bottom left of the picture) scrool to the bottom of the page, clik generate html, it will take you to the next page, scroll down to thumb nails clik on that and copy, then insert it into your post.

also if you are planing on posting pictures, you can use the Blue post reply or the go advanced, manage attachments, there you can upload , directly from your computer. besure you pictures have been resized to fit the format.

For the carb., you might try looking at some parts diagrams on crowleymarine.com. That might give you an idea how it goes back together. I can take some pics under the cowl of my '99 30hp if that will help and post them. Also can take some of my bro-in-law's '83 30hp too if you need 'em.

The very best idea would be to get yourself a factory OEM manual, it will be your best friend, and will pay itself off with your first repair.
