Help break down Compression numbers

Got a 71 omc with the buick v6. Running pretty rough and also found water in the oil. I'm thinking I blew a head gasket,So I pulled out the compression tester and this is what I found.

Dry/Wet
1-160/190
2-160/215
3-130/210
4-120/165
5-100/190
6- 95/135

With the numbers making that big of a jump from dry to wet you have some ring on there way out.

Gonna do a leakdown test this evening.

Did a leakdown and heard air leaking down in crankcase on 1 cylinder and had air coming thru rocker cover on 2 others.Pulled the heads and found 2 burnt valve seats and 1 cylinder has piston ring failure. Time for a rebuild
