Help gotta repair my bellows

Hi there I have to replace my bellows in my 1972 searay with the 165 MerCrusier it's got the stern drive how can I find my parts new boat to me also the power trim won't go up or down the motor runs for out but nothing else

The engine parts themselves can be found cheaper at the local AutoZone, AA, NAPA etc...Simply have them search for the same engine in a 1972 GMC pickup. Coils, plugs, wires etc...can be found MUCH cheaper at an auto parts store than at a marina. For the drive related items, search here on iBoats as they'll have just about everything you need. Ensure the trim motor contact points are clean...could be something as simple as corrosion.

Stand on the drive, while someone hits the DOWN button, and see if that helps.. If it does, the ram end caps need replacing.

Ayuh,... Welcome Aboard,..... If the pump motor don't run, it's probably corroded wirin' at the pump's solenoids,....
