You could look for a 7 inch cut off wheels that fit the circle saw, when we put up a pole barn for a friend we used them to cut all the sheet metal.

I think we got them from builder supply. I saved a couple and used them on other projects they cut 1/4 inch plate pretty well and was a lot safer than using the right angle grinder with a cut off wheel.

This is just my opinion and you know what they say about that. First, I've
always felt a longer tongue on the trailer makes it easier for backing. Were
you satisfied with the length or have you ever thought it could be shorter or
longer ? If your answer is "it could stand to be longer" then take it to a
welding shop and have them cut the old coupler off and what ever length
they feel is damaged then add a longer section that you can then put a new
coupler on. If your sure shorter won't be a problem, either rent the proper
saw or take it to someone who has the proper tools to do this. It's not
worth a couple bucks to do a half a.. job or get hurt. Again, my
opinon only :D

Don't forget the wire harness that is inside the frame, unless you just want to pull a new one. :D

I cut the frame off today with my circular saw and used a metal cut off blade from wal-mart for $5 for a 3 pack and it worked perfectly I will try to take pictures to show everyone. Thanks for all your help.

Oh and a word of advice you should have a pitcher of water available and every 20 or so seconds you should stop the saw and pour water on it it makes it smoother and a more easy precise cut.
