Help ID this Outboard & boat Horizal Solojet jet outboard

Only name is HORIZAL SOLOJET on both motor & boat And the motor seems to be made for the boat has a odd transom mount If you search name on the motor or boat the only thing that comes up is what I posted on a boat design forum. The boat is Aluminum and is 42 x 84 and the motor looks like a funny attempt at jet drive air cooled I took my kids out in it a few years ago and it runs great.
Any help IDing will be Great Thanks
