anybody have any info on the following chrysler 70HP outboard?<br /><br />model: 707HF<br />serial: 24830

Motor is 1973, firing order is 1-2-3, plugs recommended are Champion L20V which are probably no longer availible, breaker point gap is between 13 and 15 thousands and compression should be over 100 within 15 points of each other.

thanks for the info! what would be the best service manual for this? what replacement plugs should i use?

You can buy a factory manual online in CD form or download it from www.chryslercrew.com <br />Go to NAPA and ask them for the replacement plug for the L20V. They should be able to help you out

cool, thanks for the link. unfortunatly i just ordered a selco service manual for twice the price!
