Help identify my motor

[IDBOAT]

I just bought a 35hp motor. The data tag says the model is a RDEL-19M, serial nr 1682441. Can any one help me breakdown the model number? I think it is a 1957 or 58. It has electric and rope start and a 20" shaft.

RDEL-19C appears to be the number for 1958
