Help identify this recoil spring

I was sent this recoil spring I ordered from an online supplier. It was not the part the seller identified it too me. The seller has "fallen off the planet" from me trying to contact him by email and by telephone. Paypal has denied my claim for a refund and now I'm stuck with this spring that I don't know the identity of. Maybe someone can tell me by the pictures. Thanks in advance.

The small J-E 6hp and 9.5hp motors used a starter spring like that.

My 69 6 hp and 70 9.9 johnsons used a spring like that. I believe they come in 2 different sizes. PM me if you are getting rid of it.
