help identify this skiff

Greetings to all! Hey guys I've been looking for a small boat for my little engines and I came across an old timer with a 14-16' aluminum skiff with a pink stripe and a logo at the rear sides that says "Lone Star". Does anyone have info on the year and manufacturer of this boat. He wants $100 for it. Its in ok condition with the front port side a bit low or twisted because of a loose rib, needs new paint bad, no holes on it. It appears to be a paddle skiff. Two eye brakets amid ship. Is that a fair price for the skiff and do I need a title with it if I get it. Any info would be appreciated. Sorry forgot to take picture.

If it has a H.I.N # you can look it up online. The H.I.N. will give you make , model ,year of the boat, and other useful information.
