help identifying 60 hp johnson outboard

Hello,

I'm new here, and i have a question. I hope someone here can help me. I recently bought a 60hp Johnson outboard motor without a remote control. Also the serialtag was missing. I need to know the serialnumber of it, because i need to know what kind of an motor it is and also the year. I looked at the frost plug and the code i found there is: G3637034.

Can anybody please give me as much information as possible about this motor?

you will have to contact a dealer, they have access to serial #s. they are not published.

oke, but where can i find a dealer? Do you have some kind of an email adress?

I just attached an foto of my motor johnson 60 hp. Does anybody know what the type and year of this motor is? I want to buy a manual.

also i couldn't find a dealer. The number that is written on my frost plug is G3637034.

i'd guess somewhere in the 1993 or older region
i have a johnson 8 which looks the same, cowling etc
