Help identifying year of 4.5 hp merc.

Hi there, looking to find out what year the motor is.
It's a 4.5 hp merc. serial# 7045811 I know it was made in toronto but not sure what year, I've tried to search but came up dry.
Any help would be great, also so looking for the mixture ratio and do you know if i can get a new fuel hose and tank at a bass pro shop or is the hose useually a special order ?

Mixture is 50:1 and fuel line is nothing special.

I don't see the exact serial number, but if close counts i guess its a 1975.
