Help ID'ing a hull

I stopped to check the vitals on this hull, but the owner wasn't home. All I could see for identification was the HIN: APL000701...
I did get some pics and I will try to post them ASAP.
The hull was about 25ft with a very low, flat cuddy profile and a fully open mid and aft area. Reminds me of an early 80's Nova II 25ft.
