Help....im a newbi

well i bought a 1991 monterey 206 scr with a merc 5.7l and alpha 1 sterndrive. I would like to do a tune up but the only thing i know for sure is the spark plug type because thats on top of the air cleaner....im looking for spakr plug wire set
fuel filter
cap and rotor (if it has one really dont know)
spark plugs
oil and filter
anything else you all recommed?????
here are my serial #'s if that helps

engine # 0d612561
transom#0d571764
drive # 0d563751
5.7 l 350cid

any help would be greatly appreciated
oh one further question how do you change the oil?????
