Okay, here's one that has probably been asked a thousand times but I'm hoping I get lucky. Just bought an Larson '87 DC215 and looking for an owners manual. I know that I can get all the information right here in these forums, but there is a certain comfort level in having a print version. Any one have a copy? I'd even pay to have it photocopied. I have the engine literature which is a big plus. Just looking for the cruiser manual.

Most boat manufacturers do not even make an owners manual.

I am pretty sure there was one for this Larson. I have a supplemental, generic book that refers to "check your owners manual for your particular boat" in many areas.

Re: HELP - Info needed!

get a manual for your engine. The boat manual, if it existed, isn't much use. What can they tell you about a boat? Sit on the seats, keep it clean, wash and wax it, etc. It's engine maintanance you need specific info on if you are planning to do an DIY stuff.

Good luck though, it may be fun to find the original manual or sales literature. Create a search on eBay "Larson 1987" or whatever and have it keep searching for 6 mths and emailing you any "hits". I found the original sales brochure for my 1985 mark twain that way on eBay.
