Help me find the missing piece

Dear All

I just bought a Johnson 60 HP 1982 (J60ECNM) and i was told there was a missing piece on the motor.

I was wondering if you guys could help me find/tell what is missing ???

i have attach some pictures i was told the part is missing on the first picture.

Not certain whats missing right off the bat, but that is a 1982 motor, not a 1992...

Looks like your shift and throttle cables are missing the hold down.

whoever told you there is something missing - ask them what

Some clown was trying to use MERCURY outboard throttle / shift cables on your " big Johnson "-----So get the correct cables and the bracket to hold them in place !!!

the transmorgafier, or the flux capacitor. i dont see either one
