this means the engine will be working full out ......drinking gas..
some times its better to go bigger to use less gas.
on a side note....the hatch in the cuddy leaks.......
but as said above.....keep looking.....
some things to watch out for.....stay away from most boats called bayliner...
(disclaimer......while some bayliners, if well cared forare fantastic boats....on the most part with only marginal upkeep...they can pose a potential problem to an unsuspecting buyer
and any drive that says omc
try to find a fresh water boat as well.....however a boat in that style will be tough to find in fresh

the 3.0 engine is marginal on a 17 foot boat, that thing would have to run wide open all the time, to keep that boat on plane, if it planes at all.
