Help me place garmin transducer

Where to mount a Garmin transducer (with Striker 4cv) on my Tahoe boat? I can't figure out where to place it so there will be minimal interference.

to the right of the outdrive, per the garmin installation manual which will be about just above the one bunk and hit your trailer tie down strap

Thanks. You mean the spot I marked in blue, correct? I have seen others put it at the red spot as well, so I wasn't sure.

Hard to say w/o seeing the underside of the boat at both locations.
Suspect either location would suffice

blue will get the cleanest water. however as the manual states, you have to verify clearance with the motor, etc.
