Help me please. Overhauling my boat

Thanks for the comments and helpful hints. I did use that method for the rear hatch Rick. But to be honest with you. That Pianer hinge whooped my ass. I tried to change the configuration from opening stern to bow to hinging it on the rear and open bow to stern. This posed a much bigger problem as the door hits the square aluminum cap on the rear of the boat. I'm hoping the T-hinges I ordered will fix that problem for me. I'll keep you posted.
