Help, need to ID my bearing carrier, lower unit was replaced and unknown year or make

I have a omc 1990 5.8. lower unit was replaced and I cannot fine any parts manual with a 1/4 screw/nut holding a anti rotation pin on the bearing carrier. My lower unit will not hold a vacuum unless grease is applied around the prop shaft. I need to remove the bearing carrier, but there is a part that I do not know how to remove. any help is apreciated. Attached is the photo and on the 9 o'clock position is a key that needs to be removed (the holding screw was removed)

That should just knock out if the screw is removed.
Deep inside there might be 4 bolts holding the carrier in.
