I have a Mariner 2 hp outboard. Model 2M, Code 6A1, Serial Number 103145.

Could you please tell me the year model of this motor.

also where do you guys find the info on the ages of outboards

Thank you soo much for your help,

I have a lot of outboard's Im sorting through from a house clearance all of which need ageing and checked over to see if they are running or not,

Am I ok supplying the details on here as and when I get them out for you guy's to age.

I have no idea how you do it but your good at it and it would help me a great deal

I went to google and asked for outboard motor serial numbers and year or something like that. It will pull up the links you need by brand probably. Have some fun with it. It will add hours of enjoyment if you like to work on things.
