Help! No tell tail on almost new 4 stroke

I have a almost new 2003, 30 HP jet drive Yamaha 4 stroke. I have no water coming out of the pee hole regardles of RPM's. Does this mean that the water pump or impeller is shot? Is anyway to tell for sure? The nearest dealer is approx 150 miles away, is this a repair that is covered under warrenty if not is it a do it yourself type thing?

In this part of the country, it normally means a dirt dobber has used it as a place to build a nest. You can remove the hose and sometimes blow it out. Sometimes a small wire run through it followed by water will do the trick. I don't think warranty will cover it.

warrenty only covers parts not labor.<br />critters go everywhere.<br />open thermostat cover to verify water flow then put back on and get a liegth of lockwire and dig out and blow air thru the plastic pee hole fitting, the hose and the fitting brass or plastic on the block(dont try to remove the fitting on the block it will break)
