Well slight update fellas...I shot some starting fluid into the carbs, hit the key and it fired right up! So, I guess its pretty obvious I have a fuel delivery problem...that at least narrows it down...how would be the best way to make sure the fuel pumps are pumping out the right amount without just rebuilding them? I pulled the outlet line off and there is fuel shooting out, but ive seen that on a car where thats the case, but its not enough volume under pressure??

After installing the clear fuel filter you will have a better idea where the source of the problem is most likely is. If the clear fuel does not empty while running the boat, then it is a carburetion problem. If it empties, it is delivery problem, i.e., leaky hoses, leaky primer, bad fuel pump, etc.

The 150 has 2 pumps to make sure there is enough fuel.
One not doing it's job makes it harder to move fuel than if it only had 1 pump.
Pull the cover off the pump and see if there is crud blocking the flow.
