Help on 470 lower unit identification.

Serial number of lower unit is 6134548. Lifting ring on top cover.
470 serial number 06122473 04706002 470.
Is this a 1:98 ratio unit?
Is this the correct lower unit ratio for the 470?
What generation name is this lower unit? MC1, Alpha, Pre-Alpha just for reference.
What lower unit oil is required and how much?

It's not a lower unit, it's an outdrive, sterndrive, drive or something like that. Lower unit is only half the drive.

It's called a MC-1 (Mercruiser one drive). Hard to say what ratio it actually is or if it has been changed. It would have come from Mercruiser with a 1.84 ratio, the 3.0L/2.5 engines used the 1.98 ratio. The 470 is a 3.7L engine.
