My new problem is installing a CDI on the stupid thing.
It's a 1988 mercury 9.9
It was missing the CDI when I bought it. So i got a new CDI....got it mounted, and am lost at the wiring for it. The colors for the wires on the new CDI and the original motors do not quite match up.
Anyone got a wiring diagram for it? Or any experience and advice.
