Did a compression test on 1974 Evinrude 70 hp.. 3 cylinders tested 70 70 69 after being warmed up. Came back with wet test with fogging oil, each cylinder went up about 10 psi,, 80 80 79 . What is first step? Engine fires up on muffs, but bogs down and dies in water when put in gear.
