can anyone tell me where on line that I can find manuals and wiring schematics for this motor,the model # is V4AL-13 I looked up the motor by model number and found out that it was a 1961 model, just got boat and there was no owners manual that came with the boat, also have no idea what year that the boat was made or what type it is any help would be appreciated att. is a few pics of the boat, thanks for the help if any.

Get the SERVICE manual and the PARTS book for sure, not the owner manual.
With the part numbers you can still get the parts at most any dealer, without the part numbers they will not bother looking them up.

I would start with a compression test. Post the numbers.
Change lower gear oil, you will probably need an impact screwdriver from Sears to loosen the drain screws.
Remove prop and check prop shaft for fishing line, lube shaft with marine grease and reinstall prop.
Examine coils, look for cracks and replace if cracked ( probably).
clean plugs or replace.
spray some aerosol seafoam in the plug holes and leave to soak, it will decarb the rings.
Remove fuel tank and flush or junk it and replace (craigslist for used tanks)
REplace fuel lines, all of them from the fill to the carb.

When you get the manual order rebuild kits and rebuild the carbs.
