Almost finished installing my seal kit i ordered from iboats.com. I decided not to buy the manual because i couldn't determine which one it was. Just took it slow and took a video with the ipad. I'm waiting on the needle bearing to come should be here today. I'm excited to have her running again. This will be a great motor for someone else lol. I actually got a 98 johnson 30hp from a guy who bought a new Yamaha. Nothing wrong at all with the new motor. Thank you all for the help i will post my finished pictures of the running motor this forum helped me to fix. I learned a bunch about outboards and am glad i did the work myself.
