HELP shop manual

Were can I get a shop manual for a 1990 Mercury 150 outboard? I've searched & keep getting directed to the Selco manual which has less than desirable reviews. Kinda wanting torque recommendations & trouble shooting avenues. Did Chilton publish a outboard manual???

If you have the serial number it can be looked up

Clymer made one, a little bit better than seloc, maybe.

Factory is best, order new or scour ebay for a used one.
