Hi all, I have just brought a second hand evinrude (going by the colour green) there is no id tag but on the transom, but on the engine there is a round disk with the numbers 00001305, any help would be great ,

That is the serial number, but virtually useless without the model number. Evinrude started over with their serial numbers every year. Try posting some pictures of different views, including with the hood on and off.
Green makes me think of Johnson. Evinrudes typically are blue. But that clearly is an Evinrude serial number. Perhaps it is a Johnsonrude (somebody made it up from used parts)
