HELP w/Tune Up!

friends,

I just purchases a 1981 35 horsepower 2 stroke Evinrude. The owner says it run great, but he hasn't started it in a 1 1/2. Also, it is a manual start, but it can have electric added (which I am thinking to do).

What do all of you recommend I should do to have it tuned up?? New Water Pump, fuel filter. etc....?????????
