Help water in oil and cyl 6 & 8 only + low comp 6 & 8 only

Pulled the head after compression test reviled low compression on 6 & 8 only, (70l), and water in oil.

Small pools of water were in 6 & 8 the ones that measured low compression.
The rest of the cylinders seemed fine on that side, no water, and compression ok.
6 & 9 areas of exhaust manifold rusty looking.

Were do you think the water is coming from

If the block was cracked would there be water be most likely in 2,4,6,8 and not just 6 & 8 on that side?

Ayuh,... How 'bout some history on this thing,..??

My guess is, it Froze, 'n split the manifolds causing the water in the cylinders, 'n possibly the block froze, 'n split puttin' water in the oil...
