Help with a 5.5 hp Johnson CD-11 carb.

Thank-You Greg. I recently bought a 12' montgomery ward aluminum boat Sea King and that is where the 7.5 hp motor came from. I think it was a complete package that was bought new by a couple owners back. The Johnson 5.5 hp was bought back in July, and that is what I bought first. What all would i need to buy to replace the cooling impeller, are there gaskets that i would also need? What would be the best book to buy for my Johnson Model CD-11 so that i am not always asking all these questions? Once again thank-you to all of you for your friendly help.:happy: Richard

Impeller part number 0434424. I would also replace the rubber grommets for the water tube 0302497

You will also want to replace the small cork gasket seal on the bottom of the power head part nomber 303355 and o ring 303347. To replace the impeller the power head has t be removed so you will need that gasket part number 303467.
