Help with amp choices

I have a fusion sub(MS-SW 10) and 4 fusion MS -FR602 speakers. Need to purchase a new amp and don't really know much about them. I've come across 2 that I think are good. The Fusion SG-DA41400($420) and the Poly Planar ME400D($240). Big difference in price, is it just name value? Any opinion on the brand poly planar?

I've never heard of the Poly Planar, but I do know that Fusion is actually a lower end brand. They both seem to be capable of similar power output based on fuse ratings so I would give the cheaper one a try. Worst case scenario you can almost buy 2 for the price of 1 lol.
