Hello,
I am hoping to get some advice on our boat. We noticed denting starting to appear in the hull of our 246 Chaparral boat. We called chaparral dealership which sent us to the warranty department. After several months of emails and calling, they arranged pick up and start the repairs agreed upon which is covered under their warranty. This was back in November 2021. Chaparral has had our boat since this point. We have called and emailed several times a month and get no where with an update on the repairs and timeline for the boat to be returned. We are now in August 2022, prime boating season in PNW with no information on our boat. We get the same information about oh they are working on it and we will get back to you next week. Then they say we will call you by Friday with update and there is no call.
Does anyone here have any advice? Has anyone else experienced this with chaparral? We would like our boat back. Help, please?
